Admin Team

Ann is the administrative co-ordinator which is a very big title for a very small person! Ann has been with the company since she moved to the Highlands a few years ago. She is repsonsible for the smooth running of the office and for her sins is also member of the management team. That's a lot to cram in for someone who only works part time since the arrival of her little boy.

Stephanie is another key member of the admin team. She is responsible for sending all the paperwork away to our contractors so she tells us when it's right and when it's wrong. She is also the frontline person when the auditors come to call so she does know her stuff!

Another busy lady she juggles work, family life, friends,animals and going to the gym ! Phew I'm exhausted just thinking about it which is why this lady loves her cups of tea to relax !!

Lesley is our part time receptionist and is our poster girl for the Shirlie project ! She was a client with the project who was looking for a part time admin position and she fitted the bill for us perfectly. She has a positive personality and helps us all out with various tasks around the office.

Lesley is certainly an important addition and brings warmth and a great smile to everything she does!

Liz is our other part time receptionist / admin support and joined the company late last year. She is married to Steve our accountant and is extremely efficient at her job. In fact she keeps us all on our toes which is great for a smooth running office.

Christine has recently joined the financial side of the company and works along side Steve making sure the debit and credit columns balance! She works on a part time basis and has been a great asset to the company enabling Steve to meet his deadlines on time!
