Our approach is based on the understanding that employers have a business to run and need people that are capable of doing the job or can learn to do so within a reasonable time. With this in mind job coaches spend a considerable time profiling with the client to ensure that any employment opportunities targeted match the aspirations and potential of the client. Contact with the employer might result in a job analysis being completed if necessary and a training and support strategy outlined. This approach allows us to determine the most appropriate support for both the employer and client from minimal through to full job coach support. This is backed up by a monitoring service as an integral part of the process allowing us to maintain good quality control.
