Morag is the co-ordinator for the Get Ready for Work team.

Alan has been employed with the company for 9 years and has a wealth of experience when it comes to moving clients forward. His current role within the company is Employment Co-ordinator. He is also a member of the management team, is our Health and Safety Officer and can fix a minor problem on the computer when we need him too! Now that's a busy man! Alan is very enthusiastic about the company's ethics and has an empathy with the people we work with. He gets involved with all our client groups but mainly the GRFW contract which involves him working with kids aged 15-19 years, helping them work out what career options they're interested in and assisting them to achieve their goals. Alan also assists people on our NDDP and BIWP programmes.

Donnie is also part of the GRFW team. He used to work in the fish trade until he decided to opt for a career change and joined the Shirlie Project. He is the joker of the team and loves to put a smile on everyones face. His experience of other industries enables him to work well with young people and motivate them to make changes in their lives.

Mark is our soft spoken Irishman and has made a significant contribution to the team since joining them in the summer of 2009. Mark is a key member of the Get Ready for Work team and brings a wealth of experience to the role with his career history. He is keen to see his clients moving forward and wherever Mark is, irish eyes are definitely smiling !
