Jane is the co-ordinator if the Inverness, Ross-shire and HIghland teams.
She has been with the company for many years and is passionate about her work. She is also passionate about her horses and mucking out for Jane is an everyday occurence whether it be after horses or a small child !
Jane's role within the company is to ensure the smooth running of all our teams and her wealth of knowledge in the supported employment field allows her to do this with ease ! She is the main line of support for all the job coaches within these teams and they can only benefit from her knowledge.
Linda is an experienced job coach and connects well with her clients. She is a bundle of energy and is definitely the fittest person in the company, cycling to work everyday in all weathers and enjoying martial arts in the evening. This girl is no couch potato! As if this isn't enough to keep her busy, Linda is also studying to become a deaf interpretor.

Rob is the newest member of the Inverness team. He has an extensive background of working with clients and since joining the project has settled in quickly and has made an effective contribution. A father with 2 young children, he is a busy man who likes to see his clients move forward with their lives.
Neillian works as a job coach for the Inverness team. She is a very experienced job coach and has worked for the company for a while. She is lively and full of fun and has an excellent track record at moving her clients forward. Since becoming a mum Nell now works part time.

Marion is another motivated lady and a job coach with the Inverness team. She has been with the company for a few years and is very experienced at moving people into employment. A DJ in her spare time with MFR, Marion is heavily involved in working with young people and Activity Agreements and is really focussed on moving young people forward in their lives.
Emma is the newest member of the team starting with the company last August. She is bright, funny and loves working with people. Emma hails from the Isle of Skye, can speak gaelic and is a big Dolly Parton fan! Emma has a natural rapport with people, has already moved clients into employment and is a welcomed addition to the team.
