Management

Neil is Head of Service and has responsibility for running the company. It is his role to co-ordinate the company and drives us forward. This is a particularly busy role to as we are all passionate about developing the company and he has a lot of people to talk to and to listen to so it's just as well he is so calm and laid back ! Neil is vastly responsible for the development of our in house training programme which is extremely comprehensive and allows us to invest in the staff who work for us. A family man who's also a qualified massage therapist but with poor taste in football, but then you can't be good at everything in life !!

Steve is the most important man in the company. Why, he is our accountant and the one who is responsible for paying our wages so therefore it's a cup of coffee and a biscuit whenever he wants one !! He re-located from Yorkshire after working with a busy international company to take life a bit easier. Since making that decision, life has been busier than ever as dealing with the day to day finances of a charitable organisation can present a few headaches but Steve is well placed to deal with them and he does it all with a smile and occasionally a song !!

Fiona is our fundraising and marketing manager and the newest member of the management team. She started with the company in August of last year and has worked for national companies in a fundraising and marketing role. A keen swimmer, Fiona has settled in well to her new role and has made a significant impact in securing funding. We are happy to have her on board and we look forward to developing the company further with her expertise.

Due to his expertise and knowledge of finding employment and job coaching Alan has been supporting the Get Ready for Work team in developing the programme.

Last but not least in the team to keep the guys in line is Ann.

Ann runs the administration side of the project. She is largely responsible for the development of the website and you can read her full profile under administration.
